To create an account on Mosplay, the following conditions must be met:

The security of your Mosplay account is entirely your responsibility. We strongly advise you not to share your login credentials — username and password — with anyone.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately. Mosplay is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless it is proven to be caused by a failure in Mosplay's own security systems.

Deposit, Payment & Withdrawal Policy

  • Minimum deposit is BDT 200.

For withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal is BDT 500.

Limitation of Liability

Mosplay always strives to ensure uninterrupted service; however, Mosplay will not be held liable in the following cases:

  • If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
  • Due to delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
  • Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
  • Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
  • Due to government regulations or unforeseen legal circumstances.

In all circumstances, Mosplay's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

Account Closure & Suspension

Mosplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Suspected use of the account for illegal activities.
  • Providing false information during KYC verification.
  • Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any available balance (excluding bonuses) at the time of closure will be refunded in accordance with the standard process.

Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

Any dispute between Mosplay and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. Contacting our support team resolves most issues quickly.

  • Complex cases may take up to 30 business days to resolve.
