These Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") applies to every member using the Mosplay platform. By accessing or using the Mosplay website, mobile app, or any associated services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Mosplay reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or platform notification before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To create an account on Mosplay, the following conditions must be met:

If false information is provided at registration, or discrepancies are found during verification, Mosplay reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account. The balance may be forfeited in such cases.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Mosplay may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents. Failure to submit the required documents may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

The security of your Mosplay account is entirely your responsibility. We strongly advise you not to share your login credentials — username and password — with anyone.

• Use a strong password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Make it a habit to change your password regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your account.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi networks.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately. Mosplay is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless it is proven to be caused by a failure in Mosplay's own security systems.

For Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is BDT 200.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

For withdrawals:

• Winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or errors will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mosplay platform:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Fraud: Transactions made using stolen cards or accounts.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software to play games or earn bonuses.
• Collusion: Using fraudulent strategies in collusion with other players.
• Chargeback: Reversing a payment through your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been made.
• Multiple accounts: Operating multiple accounts under one person's name.

Mosplay always strives to ensure uninterrupted service; however, Mosplay will not be held liable in the following cases:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Due to delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Due to government regulations or unforeseen legal circumstances.

In all circumstances, Mosplay's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

Mosplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspected use of the account for illegal activities.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any available balance (excluding bonuses) at the time of closure will be refunded in accordance with the standard process.

Any dispute between Mosplay and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. Contacting our support team resolves most issues quickly.

• Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• Mosplay will provide an initial response within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
• Complex cases may take up to 30 business days to resolve.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be referred to an international arbitration court.

These Terms & Conditions are governed in accordance with the rules of the international gaming licensing authority. In any legal matter, the decision of Mosplay's licensing authority shall be considered final.
